At this Calverley garden the owner had an overgrown and impractical back garden that didn’t allow the owner to maximise the outside space they had. Uneven surfacing and lack of paving meant that the owner had struggled to maintain the garden and create a space she would really enjoyed spending time in.
As part of the project we completely stripped the garden back, removing all weeds and 8 tonnes of soil. The new patios create the centre pieces of the new garden and provide a place the owners can sit and relax after a long day at work. The client also requested the inclusion of a bog garden due to his interest in the outdoors.
The soil areas are to be planted in the future to attract wildlife such as butterflies moths and insects into the garden. The owner absolutely loved the transformation of their garden and the extra living space it provided in the warmer months.
